Unfortunately our society's not at that place where we can look beyond this sex roles ... I think that's ideal , to see everyone as human beings . I look out and hope that's what will happen . We may not even be talking about feminism .
But let's look at it . While these women are sensitive to sexism and recognize their unique roles as women in positions of administrative power , they define their roles in much broader terms than simply a focus on women's oppression .
And to teach them to be really sensitive to the whole idea of the hidden curriculum , . . . the institutions that perpetuate that kind of sexism , racism , however you want to look at it , to really look for that .
